Defendant, Old Republic Insurance Company, appeals as of right from orders of the trial court granting summary disposition in favor of plaintiffs, Great American Insurance Company and Continental Insurance Company. Plaintiffs cross appeal from an order of the trial court setting aside defendant’s deemed acceptance of the mediation evaluations. On both matters, we affirm.

We deal first with plaintiffs’ cross appeal. Mediation of this suit occurred on November 18, 1987, and resulted in evaluations in favor of plaintiffs. Plaintiffs accepted the evaluations. Defendant was deemed to have accepted…
