OLSZEWSKI, J.:

¶ 1 Judith Swartley appeals from the order of the lower court granting appel-lees’ motion for summary judgment dismissing her claims for breach of contract and educational malpractice. While courts in our Commonwealth have visited the issue of educational malpractice, we are presented with a case of first impression. Having reviewed relevant case law and policy considerations, we find that, as a matter of law, appellant’s causes of action must be dismissed; therefore, we affirm the decision of the court below granting summary judgment.
