S. 1925 (articles 261-274), was suspended by ithe National Bankruptcy Law (11 USCA), and arose as follows: Appellees, judgment creditors of the Dallas Show Case & Manufacturing Company, a corporation, caused a writ of garnishment to be served on Arthur Star, its assignee, under a general assignment for the benefit of creditors.
