Plaintiff Gwendolyn L. Stewart brings this action alleging illegal employment discrimination based upon her ethnicity in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended, 42 USC 2000-e and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Named as defendants are her employer International Business Machines Corp. (“the employer”) and two of its employees. 1 Defendants have moved for summary judgment under Fed. R.Civ.P. 56.
