delivered the opinion of the Court.

Hadley, the plaintiff-appellee, brought suit against William N. Wilhelm and Emilie W. Wilhelm, his wife, the defendants-appellants, for the cost of plumbing materials and the installation thereof in a house built for the Wilhelms in Cecil County. A jury in the Circuit Court for that county returned a verdict in favor of Hadley for the full amount of his claim,. $2,416.95. The defendants filed a motion for judgment n.o.v. or, in the alternative, for a new trial. This motion was overruled, judgment was entered on the verdict, and the defendants…
