This is an appeal by Charles Bennett from the order of the circuit court denying his petition for the removal of Earl Whitlock, as administrator of the estate of Harry Albert Witherill, deceased.
Harry Albert Witherill died intestate on July 4, 1939, leaving surviving him as his only heirs two sisters and two brothers, all residents of the state of California. Mrs. Mary Douglass, upon hearing of her brother’s death, came to Klamath Falls on July 5th and made arrangements for the funeral with the Earl Whitlock Funeral Home in that city.
