MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

NEESE, District Judge.

The jurisdiction of this Court was invoked properly herein on the basis of the diverse citizenship of the adversary parties and the requisite amount. 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1), (c). The plaintiff claims inter alia that the defendant invaded her privacy. The defendant moved for a dismissal of the plaintiff’s action, in so far as it asserts a claim of invasion of privacy, on the ground that it fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, Rule 12(b)(6), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, in that Tennessee gives the plaintiff no right of…
