This is a proceeding invoking tbe original jurisdiction of tbis court to issue a writ of probibition to tbe District Court of tbe Ninth Judicial District, Honorable E. H. Fourt tbe presiding Judge thereof, L. B. Gaylord, Sheriff of Fremont County, Wyoming, and Elizabeth Wettlin and Herbert G. Wettlin, requiring them to refrain from any further proceedings under an order made by the District Court aforesaid and hereinafter mentioned.
