This appeal involves an insurance coverage dispute between the plaintiff, Outboard Marine Corporation (OMC), and four of its excess insurance carriers, The Home Insurance Company (Home), Employer’s Surplus Lines Insurance Company (ESLIC), Northbrook Insurance Company (Northbrook), and American Re-Insurance Company (American).
