Final judgment: On May 8, 1967, the plaintiffs filed their complaint asking for a temporary and permanent injunction against the defendant in which they alleged that the defendant was operating a cattle feed lot on lands owned by him and that the defendant’s operation was creating a nuisance in that it emitted a stench which was foul, penetrating, fecal-smelling and which permeated the area in which the plaintiffs had their homes, club facilities, businesses and school.
