This is an appeal in a declaratory judgment action brought by Wooddale Build ers, Inc. to establish the obligation of Maryland Casualty Co., one of its commercial general liability (CGL) insurers, to defend and indemnify Wooddale against multiple homeowner claims of defective construction and/or faulty workmanship. The homeowners’ claims are the result of water intrusion damage to stucco homes constructed by Wooddale from 1991 to 1999.
