A Madison County jury found Joshua Little guilty of aggravated assault on a peace officer, 1 obstruction of an officer, 2 reckless driving, 3 fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, 4 and driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana to the extent that it was less safe for him to drive. 5 On appeal, Little challenges the sufficiency of the evidence with regard to the aggravated assault count, and he argues that the trial court abused its discretion by failing to investigate the impact of a statement made by a potential juror on the remainder of the panel.
