MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO APPROVE STIPULATION IN SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS WITH GOFFE, INC. AND OTHERS AND TO TERMINATE TRUST

By the motion now before the Court, the Chapter 7 Trustee, Harold B. Murphy, seeks approval of a compromise between himself and Goffe, Inc. (“Goffe”), of certain claims asserted against Goffe by the Debt- or, 110 Beaver Street Partnership, and by the Trustee, all of which belong to the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate.
