Pending before the Court is a Motion by Eidos Display LLC, Eidos III, LLC, and Gary Rubloff (collectively, “Eidos” or “Plaintiffs”) for an Order Precluding Discovery Sought in a Third Party Subpoena or, in the Alternative, Limiting Discovery (hereinafter “Eidos’ Mot.”); Defendant Chunghwa Picture Tubes, Ltd.’s (hereinafter “CPT” or “Defendant”) Opposition to the Motion; and Plaintiffs’ Reply to the Opposition.
