I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs Darla Stewart and George Lexington filed this class-action lawsuit against Defendants Cheek & Zeehandelar, LLP, a law firm; Emerson Cheek, a principal at the firm; and Krishna Velayudhan, an attorney associated with the firm (collectively, “Cheek & Zeehandelar”).
