LOCHREN, District Judge.

This is a bill in equity, wherein the complainants ask for a decree restraining and perpetually enjoining the defendants from making a survey of certain lands claimed by the *105complainants and described in tbe bill, surrounding Cedar Island Lake, in township 57 N., of range 17 W. of the fourth P. M., in the county of St. Louis, Minn.; such survey having been ordered by the land department of the United States.
