BLACKBIRD, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the-Corporation Commission affecting a portion of the Southwest Flynn Oil Field in Garfield County, Oklahoma.

The proceedings in the Corporation Commission, usually hereinafter referred to merely as the “Commission”, were instituted by the filing of an “Application” by the defendant in error, Champlin Oil & Refining Company, hereinafter referred to merely as “Champlin” or “Applicant”, in October, 1963.
