THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Debtor’s Motion to Reopen pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350. 1 The sole objection to the Debtor’s motion was filed by Frank E. Fowler (“Mr. Fowler”). After receiving the testimony, carefully considering all the evidence and weighing the credibiKty of the witnesses, the Court makes the foKowing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Rule 52 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, made appKcable by Rule 7052 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. 2
