¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals, 1 affirming a judgment of conviction and an order of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court denying Julius C. Burton's (Burton) postconviction motion to withdraw his guilty pleas. The case involves the merits of this postconviction motion. 2
