Quinn, Chief Judge:

A military judge, sitting as a special court-martial without court members, convicted the accused of three of the eight specifications involving wrongful transactions in marihuana on which he *610was brought to trial. The findings of guilty of specification 1, which concerns wrongful possession of marihuana on April 15, 1970, are unchallenged.
