MEMORANDUM OPINION

TILLEY, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Remand [Doc. # 3], and Defendants’ Motion for Certification and Stay Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b) [Doc. # 12], For the reasons set forth below, the Plaintiffs Motion to Remand will be GRANTED, and Defendants’ Motion for Certification and Stay will be DENIED.
