Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Broomer, J.), both rendered October 10, 1986, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree under indictment No. 955/85, upon his plea of guilty, and assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree under indictment No. 5750/85, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentences.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
