The petitioner, Woodie Frieson, seeks a writ of prohibition under the original jurisdiction of this Court to restrain enforcement of a judgment entered against him in the Magistrate Court of Boone County. The petitioner contends that the magistrate court acted outside the scope of its jurisdiction in entering a default judgment in favor of South Charleston Adjustment Bureau, Inc., for the recovery of debts owed by the petitioner to various creditors.
