A local option election was held in Taylorsville, and the result was duly certified. More than ten citizens and legal *471voters of the town proposed to contest the election, and filed a written statement of the grounds of contest. They proposed to contest it before G. B. Shindler, county judge of Spencer county, and J. W. Snyder and B. L. Lutz, justices of the peace living nearest to the courthouse.
