ORDER ON MOTION TO AVOID JUDICIAL LIEN

A. POPE GORDON, Bankruptcy Judge.

The motion of the debtor to avoid the judicial lien of Baptist Medical Center, creditor, was heard December 3,1985. Present were counsel for the debtor and counsel for the creditor.

The creditor obtained a judgment against the debtor in the amount of $2,100 on February 12, 1985. The judgment was subsequently filed of record on April 4, 1985, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, in Real Property Book 716, at page 568.
