MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter comes to be heard on the motion of Daniel J. D’Ambrosia, a/k/a TDK Builders, Inc., a/k/a Torpino’s Pizza (“debtor”) to avoid a judicial lien and preferential transfer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 522(f)(1), 522(h), and 547(b). 1 Henry W. Crosetti and Kathleen Crosetti (“lien creditors”), in whose favor the judicial lien was granted, reply that their judicial lien attached more than 90 days preceding the filing of the debtor’s Chapter 7 and is therefore not an avoidable preference.
