MEMORANDUM OPINION
KRENTZMAN, Senior District Judge.
Gary Eldon Alvord, a Florida state prisoner under sentence of death for a triple murder, petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus, 28 U.S.C. § 2254, attacking his conviction and sentence on numerous grounds.
In 1970, petitioner was tried for kidnapping and rape in Michigan, found not guilty by reason of insanity, and committed to the custody of the Michigan Department of Mental Health.
