Petitioner Kulwinder Singh challenges the November 15, 2006 decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming without opinion the May 16, 2005 decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Phil ip L. Morace (1) ordering Singh removed on the ground that he had committed a crime of moral turpitude, and (2) denying Singh’s application for cancellation of removal.
