This is an action to quiet the title of the complainant to two certain mining claims situated in the county of Nevada, in the state of California; to declare null and void a certain patent issued by the United States to the respondent to the extent that it covers complainant’s said claims; and to restrain the respondent from asserting any claim to the premises in controversy.
