1Opinion of the CourtDavis, C. J.

This is an appeal from -a final decree in a - foreclosure suit. The bill of complaint was filed under the 1931 Chancery Act. The decree was for the complainant. Defendants have appealed.

The bill in the present case conforms to the requirements of a good foreclosure bill under the new Act which materially shortens and simplifies the requirements for such bills in many particulars.
