This action was brought by the appellee against the appellants, to recover damages for an assault and battery.

There was no error in overruling the objection to the question to the witness Dr. Douthitt: “What was there *122in the calaboose?” No grounds for said objection are set out, and the witness had already testified without objection that he saw nothing in the calaboose but a bucket.
