A jury awarded appellee, D. J. Kellum, $2,096.96, and in addition, the statutory penalty and attorney’s fee (§ 66-514, Ark. Stats. 1947), resulting from the almost complete destruction of appellee’s 1949 Ford 3-ton truck by fire. From the judgment is this appeal. Material facts appear not to be in dispute.
