The primary question on an appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction is whether or not the injunction evidences an error in the exercise of its sound judicial discretion by the court which issued it. 'Hiere are established legal principles for the guidance of that discretion, and where they are violated the action of the court below should be corrected.
