The appellant is met at the threshold of his case by a motion to dismiss his appeal upon the ground that the judgment which has determined that his mortgage lien upon the property and the proceeds of the property covered by it is void in the face of the *365attack of the trustee of the bankrupt, is not subject to review by appeal.
