This case is one of several legal challenges brought by a group of residents of Baltimore City’s Remington/Charles Village neighborhood against a developer and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore (“the City”) regarding the governmental approval processes for a seven-story residential apartment building (Cresmont Loft) on Cresmont Avenue.
