Plaintiffs, School District of Kirkwood R-7 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “Kirkwood R-7”) and School District of the City of Ladue (sometimes referred to as "District of Ladue”) sought an accounting by defendants, who formerly were acting as directors of the School District of the Village of Huntleigh (sometimes referred to as “District of Huntleigh”), for-monies coming into their hands by taxation and by allotment by state and county to the District of Huntleigh for school purposes in total amount $18,983.54.
