Appellant challenges his conviction for possession of a firearm or ammunition by a convicted felon. He claims that the trial court erred in denying his judgment of acquittal as to possession, but we conclude that the state’s evidence was inconsistent with appellant’s claim that he did not possess the firearm. He also claims fundamental error in that the evidence was insufficient to show that the firearm was not an antique. However, that was a matter of defense, which the Appellant failed to prove.
