This cause, which originated in the Chancery Court of McMinn County, Tennessee, involves the validity of a charitable trust which was created by the will of one J. Astor Bloom, said will being probated in the County Court of McMinn County on August 1, 1944. On the day the will was admitted to probate W. W. Eledge qualified as Executor of the will. On May 11,1946, W. W. Eledge, Executor of the will, Blaine Lawson, Ed Morris, and W. W. Eledge, claiming to have been appointed as Trustees under the will of the said J.
