Mary E. Griffin, individually and as executrix of her husband’s estate, sought, in a diversity action, injunctive relief and mone tary damages for the blocking by a neighboring landowner of an easement of ingress and egress. The district court declined to grant equitable relief because there had been no sufficient showing of intentional and willful invasion by defendant of plaintiff’s right-of-way or easement.
