¶ 1 Appellant appeals from the order denying his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. We affirm.

¶ 2 Appellant was detained in the Franklin County Prison by the Franklin County Probation Department (FCPD) following his convictions for escape and resisting arrest at No. 1642-2001; receiving stolen property at No. 1643-2001; receiving stolen property at No. 1644-2001; and receiving stolen property at No. 1645-2001.
