This case is an action for breach of contract which arises out of nine separate contracts for the sale of jet fuel between plaintiff Hermes Consolidated, Inc., d/b/a. Wyoming Refining Company (‘Wyoming”), and the United States military, acting through the Defense Energy Supply Center (“DESC”). It is one of eighteen similar cases filed in this court.
