These two consolidated appeals present the question of whether a judgment of a probate court, rendered in a proceeding appointing an administrator of a decedent’s estate following proper notice to all interested persons and upon evidence in support of a petition for administration, finding that the decedent died intestate and a resident of that county, which judgment was not vacated, set aside or appealed from, may be collaterally attacked in two subsequent proceedings, one to revoke and the other to vacate the order appointing the…
