BALTZELL, District Judge.

There are now pending in this court 72 suits in equity, each brought by a dif*331ferent complainant, and each, .being against the defendant Smith, as collector of internal revenue for the District of Indiana, wherein each complainant sought, and was granted, a temporary injunction enjoining the defendant, as such collector, “from imposing, levying, assessing, collecting or attempting to collect against or from the plaintiff any processing taxes under and pursuant to the Agricultural Adjustment Act,” etc. For the complete text of this act and amendments, see 7 USCA § 601…
