1Opinion of the Court

VICTORY, J. *

|TWe granted this writ application to determine whether the court of appeal erred in reversing the trial court’s factual finding that Shelter Mutual Insurance Company (“Shelter”) mailed a renewal notice to its insured, Pat Mabray (“Mabray”), such that the insured’s nonpayment of the premium caused the policy to lapse and be ineffective at the time of the accident. After reviewing the record and the applicable law, we find the court of appeal violated the manifest error standard of review and reinstate the ruling of the trial court.
