| ¡.Plaintiff appeals from a judgment rendered against him in this personal injury action. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
On December 27, 2005, Gordon E. Handy filed this suit against the City of Kenner and Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana and its insurer seeking damages for injuries he sustained on February 14, 2005 while on the food bank premises.
