Defendant insurance carrier appeals a judgment in favor of a beneficiary under an accidential death benefit policy issued upon the life of Richard Fer-guell. The facts are briefly these.
On the early morning of April 15, 1971, Richard Ferguell was driving his automobile in the vicinity of 15th Avenue N.W. and Holman Road in the city of Seattle. Heading northbound on Holman Road, he collided with two southbound automobiles.
