¶1 The Plaintiffs, Eugene Pedersen, Colleen Pedersen, and other owners of property accessed by Park View Loop and Park View Drive brought a complaint for a Declaratory Judgment in the District Court for the Seventh Judicial District in Dawson County in which they asked that the two roads be declared county roads. Following a nonjury trial, the District Court found that county roads had never been created. The Plaintiffs appeal. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.
