KIRKPATRICK, District Judge.
It appears from the record in this case that dredge Ho. 1 was libeled for seamen’s wages, and that such proceedings were had that she was sold under a decree of this court, and that after the payment of several claims for wages, and the costs and expenses of several suits relating thereto, there still remains in the registry of this court a surplus from the proceeds of such sale.
