The petitioner, Roberta Siegwald, was arrested June 6, 1973 for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The petitioner was asked by the arresting officer to take a chemical test for the determination of alcohol in the petitioner’s blood in accordance with Section 4511.191 of the Ohio Revised Code.
