This case is before this Court upon an appeal from the February 3, 1992, order of the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia. The circuit court granted the parties a divorce based upon the grounds of irreconcilable differences. The appellant, Phyllis J. Miller, raises three issues on appeal: (1) the 204.5 acre farm acquired during the marriage in the name of the appellee, Charles L.
